We will soon provide a better product feed experience, including faster product feed processing, optimized uptime, and more innovations to come.

We previously sent emails in August and September 2022 regarding these updates. No other updates are required if you connect using the domain: If you are using an IP address to connect, please follow the instructions below.

What is Changing?

In preparation for this, we are updating our product feed platform. We expect that there will be minimal, if any, adjustments that you will need to make. If you connect to our FTP via IP address, you will need to update to use our URL. As part of this platform update, please note that Product IDs may change for certain advertisers.

What Do I Need to Do?

To ensure you have enough time to prepare for this change, we encourage you to meet with your tech team or system administrators to schedule a time to update to our domain: This URL is live now we recommend you make this update as soon as possible. If you already use, you do not need to make any changes.

Feeds Updates Impact

Once these product feeds platform updates are released, Product IDs for some of your advertiser partners may change. This may affect any product-level reporting if comparing dates before and after the platform changeover date.

We will provide more information on these impacts as we approach the release date.
