How do I cancel or close my Rakuten Advertising Publisher account?
To cancel or close your Rakuten Advertising publisher account completely, you must be the administrator (or master user) on the account. Please note that if you cancel your account, all of your advertiser relationships will be severed. You can reopen your account at a later date by contacting Customer Support.
Follow these instructions if you have only one marketing channel on your account. Here are in instructions if you have more than one marketing channel.
- On the Home page of the publisher dashboard, go to the My Account tab, and select Account Info from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Account Info page.
- Click the Cancel My Account link.
- Follow the online prompts. An email will be sent to you. Click on the link in the email to confirm.
