To access the Rakuten Advertising Publisher Dashboard, we recommend using Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox for optimal performance, with the minimum browser requirements of:
- Microsoft Edge
- Chrome: 60 and above
- Firefox: 55 and above
Other browsers, including Safari and Opera, work as well. You will need to make sure that you allow cookies in your browser.
If you are having problems signing up or logging into our network due to the browser settings, please review the instructions from your browser provider's technical support for how to adjust your settings.
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Select the Menu (three dots icon on top right corner of the browser), then choose Settings.
- From the left hand menu, Select Cookies and site permissions.
- When the section opens, select Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Turn on Allow sites to save and read cookie data(recommended) to unblock cookies.
- If you have trouble registering:
- Click on Menu in the top left corner and select Settings.
- Click Privacy and Security section on left side panel.
- Scroll to Cookies section.
- If Allow local data to be set is selected, click Manage Exceptions and make sure that linksynergy.com is not among the blocked sites. If it is blocked, set its Behavior drop-down to Allow.
- If Block third-party cookies and site data is checked, click Manage Exceptions and in the Hostname pattern field, add linksynergy.com and set the Behavior drop-down to Allow.
- If Block sites from setting any data is selected, consider switching your settings to Allow local data to be set and Block third-party cookies and site data and follow the instructions in Step 5 above.
- Click Browser section on left side panel.
- Scroll to Network section and click on Change proxy settings.
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Click on Sites
- If linksynergy.com is blocked then remove it from the list.
- Type in linksynergy.com and click Allow
- Click OK
- Click OK once more to close your Internet Options
- When you're finished restart your browser.
- If you have problems logging in:

- Clear the Cache:
- Click on Menu in the top left corner and select Settings.
- Click Browser section on left side panel.
- Go to Network section and click on Change proxy settings.
- Click the General tab
- Under Browsing History, click Delete (This may take some time.)
- Click OK
- Adjust Advanced Settings:
- Click on Menu in the top left corner and select Settings.
- Click Browser section on left side panel.
- Go to Network section and click on Change proxy settings.
- Click the Advanced tab
- In the Settings window, scroll down to the Security section and check off the following boxes:
- Use SSL 2.0
- Use SSL 3.0
- Use TLS 1.0
- Click Apply
- Click OK
- Adjust Security Settings:
- Click on Menu in the top left corner and select Settings.
- Click Browser section on left side panel.
- Go to Network section and click on Change proxy settings.
- Click on Security tab
- If Security Level for this Zone is set to something other than Medium-High, click Default Level
- Click Restricted Sites
- Click on Sites and make sure linksynergy.com is not listed. Delete if present.
- Click Close
- Click OK
